In the country of Sorashima, all the citizens are ruled by the Moderator couple Kimari Hokuto and Jenae. You do not ignore them. You do not disobey them. You listen to every word they utter from their lips. Sorashimans tremble in fear of the next time the Kimari lose their tempers. No one would dare stand up to them... Except for the Raigentless.
The Raigentless stand for everything the Moderators detest, and are ready to shake things up in Sorashima. The crew of the galleon The Glacial Phoenix stands near the forefront of the resistance, and they'd be a pretty big threat, too... If only they could get themselves organized! One of the most rag-tag groups ever to sail the skies, they have to figure out how to deal with each other before they're ready to take on anyone. Jerick, the assistant chef on the ship, is prepared to challenge the Kimari at any time because the Kimari... Are his parents.
